Single Quad Core Xeon vs. 2 Dual Core Xeon

Does anyone have any thoughts on which performs better a single Quad Core Xeon or 2 Dual Core Xeon processors? (Lets say they are both 2.66's)

Any good benchmark sites?

Doesn't matter. Buy whatever's cheaper.

How about single quad-core 2, its about $400 cheaper than a single quad xeon, should be about the same performance, and you can overclock it to the max...
