Default shadows in vray animations..
Hi there,

How can I control shadows in vray animations, especially in exterior animations, I use for lightning a direct light, and vray shadows, I calculated the irradiance map, then light cache, and used (from file option) for both, then reder the entire sequence.

My problem, is that the shadows is so light, and I want to make them darker, I tried shadows paramter in direct light, but no way.

What's the solution please..

are you using vray materials or std. & if std material may be you need to make the ambient more darker ......
from file option this mean that you took several shot for IR calculation is it right?

decrease the gi environment (skylight) & you will have harder shadows
also try to decrease the secondary bounces from your light cache
