When I initially saw the 1st view I thought the stair was too much of a focal point in the foreground. I can see, with your last post of the textured stair, that won't be the case. Keeping it dark and busy with the ages textures is a great way to put the focus back on the building. Are you planning to have some dramatic lighting on the outside of the main building or are you planning to light it from within? Great work.

Really nice night lighting. I would suggest doing something to the left of the building as it seems kind of empty now.
