Jeff,

The visual troubleshooters and FAQ that were once so very helpful have gone, the links just go to a general autodesk page now. Shame that.

I actually took ownership of the troubleshooter when it came down a few years back. Unfourtunately it's not in a format that is easily converted for viewing. There is a fair bit of work that needs to be done on it, and I've just never had time.
