Text missing when importing a DWG file into 3dsmax

Hi,

when importing Autocad DWG file to 3ds max all text objects are missing !
any solutions to that problem !

note that I'm using 3ds max 2008 and Autocad 2008

You have to explode the text to lines (probably not something you want to be doing) in order to get it into MAX.

yes this is what I'm doing I use Autocad express tools to explode the texts into lines n then importing them, but in major cases it causes problems, and for that I copy the text layers into Adobe illustrator n save them to AI (v3) to finaly import them into max.....a realy painful workflow
