Guys, please help if you have any suggestions! I was transfered on the phone all over north america to find out that all tech support stopped on July 31.
Lightscape crashed with the message "lightscape has generated errors and will be closed...". I restarted and still got the same error, the software would not open. I uninstalled lightscape, re-installed ... still the same error. I uninstalled again, our tech guy deleted lightscape files in regedit, I did a scan disk and defragmented, reinstalled .. still the same error!! I have installed on another machine successfully, but I can't get it back onto my machine! ...I'm using Windows 2k. |

Ernest, thanks for the tip. I just reinstalled the driver but that didn't work either. I get the same error and it creates another error log. I don't know what to do at this point?!
