trouble with file linking *dwg file in viz

Hi everybody
the problem is:
I have recently upgraded my Viz to 2008 version as well as recent Vray
I have a big problem with linking *dwg files from Acad - I can't reload my file without missing my materials definitions on reload - I have already studied viz help file ab reloading quite long , but it seems to me there's some other problem involved. Do anyone of You have faced same problem? Is ther any solution?
I ll appreciate quick response

hi,

u have to make a new preset that will have both "use scene material difintion " and " use material assignment on reload" turned on, then use that preset at the begining when u link your autocad file.

without using that preset at the begining you cant keep the link in the right way.

Mohammed,
as I've mentioned, I have studied help file and, of course "Use Scene Material Definitions" and "Use Scene Material Assignments on Reload" functions are ON with the very first linking.... and there's still a problem
any other idea?
