Collapsible selection sets when using (H) select by name
When you go to "Select By Name" (H-key) all the named selection sets are open by default. Having them already open is useful so you can see all of the objects in a scene. However if you have a lot of selection sets with many objects in them, scrolling down the list and closing each selection set individually is inefficient and time consuming. The scroll can be very long and not fit on the screen easily making it hard to have a quick comprehensive overview of objects in a scene. Futhermore, once you exit the "Select By Name" window all the changes are lost. Adding an option for the selection sets to be all open or all closed would be very helpful. Why this is important to me We will save alot of time and mouse-clicks closing or opening selection sets when using the "Select By Name" window. |

If I may add to this wish, I'd like the selection panel (also the layer panel, material editor, etc) to have a Windows Explorer-like interface that considers groups as individual folders instead of the way it is now.
