Default 'Cut' uses angle snap / axis constraints

----------------------------------------------------------------
SHORT TITLE FOR SUGGESTION/BUG/ENHANCEMENT REQUEST
----------------------------------------------------------------

'Cut' uses angle snap (or axis constraints at the very least)

---------------------------------------------------------------
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF YOUR REQUEST
---------------------------------------------------------------

the 'cut' command uses the angle snap that i have set. i.e. click once to place cut start point, cut guide line then snaps to angles specified in the angle snap rollout so i can make an accurate cut at any angle

---------------------------------------------------------------
WHY THIS REQUEST IS IMPORTANT TO YOU
---------------------------------------------------------------

i could use the 'slice' tools but it's a lot slower as you have to first rotate and manouvre into position. the cut tool is great but difficult to cut along the desired line if you are slicing through edges or polys
