After buying Lightscape several years ago and not really using it, I just bought a new laptop and installed LS. The problem is I don't know how to get the autorization code.
The Autodesk web site and Customer Care depts. do not recognize the serial number (version 3.0) and they referred me to Discreet at 877-347-2733, at which I just get a busy tone. What options do I have? Is there a different Discreet phone? |

BTW are you from The Old San Juan in Puerto Rico? On the way to Antigua for our Honeymoon we ended up getting stuck there and had the extreme pleasure of staying at the El Convento hotel. What a beatiful city and location!

Jeff,
Thanks for the information. At the 800 number I was transferred to Pierre Elliot (Discreet Licensing). I left him a message on his voicemail and got a call back that same afternoon. Since I was in my car he asked for my e-mail, and then e-mailed me asking for my serial number and 16 digit authorization number. I e-mailed him the numbers (pierre.elliott@autodesk.com) and he e-mailed me my authorization code. I am now up and running. Thank you again ps. Yes, I am in Old San Juan, Puerto Rico. My office is located on Plaza de Armas, 2 blocks from the El Convento Hotel. I can see the hotel from my desk. You can see the view at my web site, http://agonzalezaquino.com/as-studio.htm. |
