Please help i can't run Lightscape on new cpu

i have a problum.last time i buy new one cpu p4 it a standart.and i install light scape 3.2 in this cpu normaly finnish.and i run lightscape program but not work.it show Failed to creatempty document.how to do for work.

last cpu i use program in notebook p3 on fujitsu.
i can use .

If I remember from past problems, it may be an issue with the display driver. You would need to experiment with different version drivers to find one that works.

Which OS on the new computer?

To test if it is the driver, set your display mode to 8 bit color (256 colors) and try again to start Lightscape. If it starts then you definately have a driver problem. In 8 bit color everything will look very bad, but it should at least open and run.

If it still does not run, post more information

i change vga card to 8 bit 256 colour now.
but it can't to display show me anything on my monitor.i can't change back. how i can do this.

I have to turn down the hardware acceleration on my ATI card for LS to run.

Display props / advanced / trouble shooting

hardware acceleration

Try the second to the lowest setting. The lowest setting will totally bog down your system. This way you can keep your 24 bit colors.

I just joined the forum and just recently started using Lightscape after a long abstance.

FYI

I got the error message about the blank form also.

I downloaded the lastest drivers for my system and if fixed the problem.
