Jeff, one query - the requirements suggest that the winners have to attend the full conference. Are competitors able to attend for just a couple of days rather than the full week?

Cheers,

Derek
The winner's session presenting their work and the awards ceremony will happen on the July 1, so you could come for a few days if you like, but Mundos is one of the best conferences there is right now, so I would not miss any of it if you can.

Brilliant!!

Creating the model brought back memories of playing with LEGO ....

I felt more like:
Here you go 15 words. Now go write a story.

Rule #6: As this is an architectural illustration competition any images you create for the competition must be at least 60% computer generated rather than photographed or camera mapped.

I thought that this refers more to the main competition somehow...
as the images are from my portfolio and not created for the competition...?

Im confused now...
Your saying that according to rule #6: "...Any images you create for the competition must be at least 60% computer generated rather than photographed or camera mapped.

Also your saying that the two submissions for the competition can be some past works of mine, so they are not created especially for this competition but older works of mine.

IMO the 6th rule doesnt state clearly wheater it is possible to submit photomontage images from my portfolio into the qualification, and, unless Ive missed it, there is no other rule stating that submision of photomontage images is forbidden.
So is it or isnt it allowed to submit a P/M image?

Thanks

Yes you can submit photomonages as long as most of it is CG.

Hi Jeff,
I have submitted my images but i am not sure if i understood the rules clearly!
I have done a lot of painting in photoshop over the 3d rendering. The models are completely rendered in 3dsmax but over painted in photoshop.well, as long as i have spent two whole days on it,if my image is not acceptable its so sad.
