Hi...

The first thing that jumps out at me is the desk lamp with the coloured shade.
It's not casting any coloured light around it.

I'd either remove it, or make it cast coloured light on the other objects.

Nice detail on the ceiling.

Hey sherif

your IES are too high. Try also to remove some dust on the plant pot. Your picture frame lack of details.

overall, is a good job but it lack of the little thing that is needed to let us forget that it is CG. Don't put the lenseflare though

Move them down in the z axis as they look too high to me also, almost seem higher than the fixtures. Those fixtures should be blown out inside if light is coming from them.
Try using higher render settings, too.
Just some C&C, but pretty good work overall.
