Default Crop view

Hi
New to Revit

When I crop a view on sheet the grid lines extend beyond the crop line?????

For why would this happen? Also the level lines don't crop at all.

That just seems to be the way it is. You should be able to select one grid, drag it down and all the grids will go with it. Same thing with levels I think

You need to right click on your view on a sheet, and goto element property of the view, and then tick "Crop View", "Crop Region Visible" and "Annotation Crop".

You can also turn off Grid on that particular view by > View Properties > Visibility/Graphics Override > Annotation Categories > Grid.
