CGarchitect 3D Awards - Broadcast Live in Second Life
I just wanted to let everyone know that the awards this year will be broadcast live in Second Life. I'll have some more details later today. Stay tuned. Until then here are some screen shots of the exhibition.
The guys at Mundos Digitales are doing all of this for CGA this year.

For the first time CGArchitect and Mundos Digitales presents the 3D Award Ceremony Live in Second Life.
Mundos Digitales has set up a permanent exhibition in this virtual environment so anyone can admire a range of selected works submitted by participants to the 2008 3D Award and the images and videos created by the nominees of the Architectural Visualization Challenge. The 3D Award Ceremony will take place on July 1st at 4:30 PM in La Coruña, Spain. It will be broadcasted LIVE at the auditorium of Videa island in SL. (Videa 168,90,25) See you there!

Hi. Just a correction.....
The 3D Award Ceremony is scheduled july, 1st, at 18:30h Spanish time (that is 09:30h Second Life time). The exhibition will be open in SL from then on... We hope to see you all there!! Luis Hernandez Mundos Digitales |
