New to modo

Hi all
New to modo long time 3dsmax user, got a quick question:
How to make a spline offset like in 3dsmax?

I use to make walls in 3dsmax with a spline and then offset it the thickness off the wall and 3dsmax would automatically make a new spline outside the old one with offsets. So only I had to do was extrude it and my walls where finished.
