Would've loved to see more play with light and shadows...since you could've had a very interesting pay of both with your roof structure! Other than that, i think the water is all too rough and bumpy..seems like windy sea water! not a big fan of the straight palms, sidewalk tiles mortar too thick, round, and standing out (should be opposite), and asphalt on road seems too light and 'virgin' like.
with that said, good job otherwise! =)

IF you swing the sun around to come in from the right, towards the camera there would be the play of light and shade.
Are the people too big , cant decide I like the design jhv |

Shadows are a little out... the intensity of the shadow on the closest arab, and the plant next to him are out. Like Justin said, bring the sun around and get some bounces into that atrium. Car scale looks a little out too. Cant remember the last time I towered over a golf - again, that closest arab is on the same perspective plane line as the cars/people and the scale is way out. Looks great though! All the people look healthy, so the hospitals doing its job

I agree with the light issue but I think the people don't seem to blend into the scene well enough and look they have been stuck on afterwards. Maybe try and merge them in better with shadows etc so they look part of the scene rather than an after thought.
