Default vue xstream

Hi guys. Does anyone here use vue? Is it as good as everybody says? It beats onyx? Thanks.

If your using it for animation the render times can get very high! You can have crazy amounts of polys, ive pushed it to nearly 20 billion. The actual tree/foliage models are just as good as onyx, it really comes down to what will fit into your pieline/hardware setup.

If you want a quick way of placing trees etc try proxy painter http://www.3rdpole.com/

yep i use vue 6 do not use solid growth plants though because they suck try importing 3d models such as xfrog trees etc
