Ive never tried to import a block but i'ver heard bad things about them...
Try exploding the block before you import it. I have no idea if this will work but it might be worth a try. |

you are very far from the zero point.
i don't know if this has a relation whith your problem, but you should do this thing properly. center your autocad drawing or export a wblock whith base point near your object. being too far from zero can cause many geometry problems.... you should first clean your autocad drawing, purge it, control it, center it around zero or move your ucs, AND THEN export it.
