Hi guys,

Wondering if anyone knows if photometric lights will work with MR in Max 6? I downloaded the vray video for photometric lights use with vray from evermotion and it shows the guy cranking up the multiplier to get enough illumination in the scene. Doesn't this defeat the purpose of photometric lights? Won't that make the lighting solution physically incorrect? Do you have to do the same in MR to get decent light? I have the Max 6 demo and there is no info on MR and photometric lights working together in the help section that I can find.

From what I've tried. Photometric lights are supported and work well in MR.

There's no info in the help because it all works fine...

The same rules apply for the scanline render: correct units, exposure control, etc.
