Default Multiple .3ds import

Does anybody know of a script that would allow you to import more than one .3ds file at a time?

Odd, this is the second time I've answered this question today

http://www.buchhofer.com/upload/file...mass_import.ms

edit the path in the script to suit.

Hi Dave..I'm using this script to import .OBJ format, what do I need to modify to have it batch import objects & have them retain the original material names,I currently get the .obj name prefixed to every material name.
*note there's no .mtl files alongside the .obj's so the material name is internal
Cheers
Stefan
