Default polyline to spline

Hi everyone,

How can I convert Polyline to Spline
AutoCad 2007
I've tried pl2sp.lsp downloaded code save as *.lsp, load application, it seems working "select polylines......" but then no conversion happens
Other way ???
Thank you

Do a polyline edit, shortcut PE or PEDIT and select the spline option.
Hope it helps.

more like upload that polyline and somebody could do that for you,
Phabz, said it right

PE, select line, S for spline

if the issue is more complex i suppose it would have to be seen.
