I like the lighting and shadow on the building. The top is lit very well!
Like said before the glass would really bring this image alive.

Aside from the previously stated problems, I'm partial toward the focus of the render. The Architecture is superb and I belive you've captured it very well. Keep up the great work.

this is very detailed work, in fact its too much details which affect your composition:
like

- adjacent buildings are too detail looks like they are part of it anyway its just me. the london tower, the palace behind, the tower in new york, and the building form the bronx. its like a collage from all over the world.
- too many cars.
- streets even have dirt & falling leaves.
- some palm trees are too small.
- i also agree with the windows are too dark.

if its just the subject building standing there with a few cars it will look more clean, again its just me, anyway its a good render.
