There's so many things that are not good in this image, that it's easier to say what is good....Well, lighting is reasonably good, two of the trees are also good... Everything else is not good...

Better sky image and glass reflections will enhance this image considerably.

Well I think those guys have been a bit harsh in their comments. I like the image. Its nice and crisp, well modelled for quite an intricate building and the cars, lighting and trees are great. I think the glass needs a little work and the building could maybe benefit from an AO pass. Also, move the front car of to the side a bit. Other than that, I think your client should be happy.

I really don't see anything wrong with your images. I think you hit the lighting smack on perfect. It looks like a real photograph. The people in the image are a little bla looking but everyone else has problems with this too, so no big deal. Great job!!
