Uploads and file attachments are allowed on these forums. We do not currently test or scan any uploaded file for viruses or offer any warranty they function as intended.

Forum Identity

• Unless you select to hide your email address, it will appear along with all of your postings. Other members may also be able to obtain your email address by viewing your information. If you do not wish for your email address to be exposed, you must change the setting. The setting can be accessed from the "my profile" link at the top of the page.
  
• You must provide you real first and last name's in your user profile and any other required infomration to participate on our forums

RULES

Forum Moderators
Enforcement of these rules is the responsibility of the forum moderators. Please follow their instructions at all times. If you feel a message violates the guidelines, please forward the message to Jeff Mottle jmottle@cgarchitect.com or any one of the forum moderators.

Message Guidelines

• The CGarchitect Discussion Forums are intended to be a professional, constructive, informative and helpful resource for CGarchitect visitors and industry partners. Messages that are inflammatory, non-constructive, or at odds with the goals of the discussion forum will be removed at CGarchitect's sole discretion.
• CGarchitect reserves the right to republish any content from the discussion forums. NOTE - We will not publish your email address without your prior written consent.
• Messages containing offensive language or references will be edited or removed.
• Messages that advocate software piracy will be removed and forwarded to the appropriate authorities. Discussions of software which disables or circumvents licensing of any product is prohibited. Any such messages will be removed.
• Posts containing any talk of WAREZ, pirated software, pirated authcodes etc. will be deleted and the user banned from the CGarchitect forums.
• Messages containing personal attacks against other forum members will be removed.
• Although we respect that visitors to the forum come from around the world, we ask that all messages be posted in English. This ensures that everyone can read them and facilitates moderating the forums.

Guidelines

• Post messages only to the appropriate forum.
• Do not cross post your message in several different forums
• Please do not post your entire portfolio inline to the forum. If you would like to receive critiques, either post a few images or post one link to your website.
• When quoting a previous message, include your response above the quoted text. Also remove any portions of the previous message that you are not addressing in your message.
• The subject of your post should clearly outline the contents of your message.
• When critiquing another forum members work or message, comments should be kept constructive.

Advertising

Under no circumstances will posts advertising commercial services or products be allowed on the forums. Additionally solicitations for artwork, models, work etc for use in commercial publications will not be allowed.

The posting of any classified type ads advertising goods for sale (including links to auctions sites such as ebay) is not allowed.

Help Wanted/Job Posts

Help wanted and job posts are not allowed on the forums. Please post all of your job posts on our job board here: http://www.cgarchitect.com/jobs/
