Posting of images in the featured artist gallery

Recently, posted in the featured artist gallery is an interior model which is one of the example files of Lightscape. Is that allowable?

Don't think so, copyrights etc... Be sure to check the copyright, if there are none your home-free, but if there is copyright on it, I would ask Jeff to remove that image..
