When I get back I will title all of the images with names and locations. Until then I just don't have time and more importatly can't remember the name of everyone that I took a picture of, so I need to email everyone to get that sorted out first.

Hi Jeff, can you please post the pictures in a higher resolution so we can cutout trees and people and use the skies for backrounds in our renderings.

DSCN1593.jpg

I downloaded the trial version of Sketch book Pro, and it is definetly going to the top of my must-buy/introduce software to the architects here, to use - because, if i gave any of them a wacom art tablet and a copy of ALias Sketchbook Pro, i think they could use the software, rather than like they use their own pencil sketchbooks now, except with much more versatility in using colour, layers, erasing and smudging tools etc, etc. Definetly one of the best value pieces of kit going for architects at the moment - so the architects could quickly 'concept up something' and just pass me on the tif file to work from etc. It is much more user friendly and intuitive/better than using Photoshop and a tablet me thinks. Everyone here should download Alias Sketchbook Pro trial edition and just give it a quick whirl.

Portfolio Wall is definetly a product i would just love to introduce in the practice too, with a big LCD Screen in future. Get for crits and brain-storming, and saves paper and messing around etc, etc. Printing out very rushed hard copy 3D visuals on an inkjet, or lazer, is a pain in the ass. And the management complains here alot about keeping track of ink cartidge expenditure alot - yet we still need to collaborate between architects, 3D modellers and 2D draughtspeople - by seeing where each other 'is at' while working separately on larger projects etc.
