Hmmm... for $998 I'll sell mine too
I've also seen copies being sold on ebay for around $100, but it was never 3.2 ver, only 3.1 or older. I'd say that a 3.2 ver for arround $300 would sound fair for both sides, and I think it will cover VRay basic. |

I just wanted to undestand something. What´s the use of buying a lightscape license if it is not transferible?
As far as I know you cannot tranfer a license from one person to another. |

Best to check with Autodesk/Discreet before buying a copy of a piece of software second-hand. Incidentally, just in case Jeff Mottle starts to worry, I used my credit card to buy a new copy of Max in the end and didn't use pirate stuff. Jim |

Hmm...
Thinking about it logically, the only reason that you would want to bother to transfer the license through Autodesk is because you wanted to benefit from future upgrades. Since there isn't going to be an upgrade, ever, then what does it matter. Jim |

You would bother so that you legally own the software.
Good for you for being honest and buying a copy of Max btw Craig |

Oh yeah, Replicanation did those furniture models right? Some of their models were really good but I seem to remember them also being very expensive.
Craig *edit* Oops, kind of gone off topic here... Anybody want to make Rachel a happy lady and buy a copy of Lightscape from her? |
