Cool advice on portfolio

Hi All
I am currently pursuing Master of Science degree in Architecture. I have one more semester to graduate. I wish to get job in a visulization firm. I would like some advice on my portfolio. Here is the link
http://www.dril.sarc.msstate.edu/vru...web/index.html
I need to work on radiosity and mental ray. I am also interested in vrml. But I am not sure what kind of project i should do in it. I have just one semester left to improve my skills and to learn something that is hot in the job market.
I would like some advice on how I can improve my chances of employment.
So some words of advice and comments on my work will help me a lot.
Thanks
Vrushali

A much faster loading web page would be a good start. I gave up after 5 mins. of waiting (DSL Connection )

I thought the design itself was pretty good(maybe with the exception of blue text on black-doesn't exactly jump out)
Your visualisation images need to be more consistent in quality though. Some are quite poor compared to the first one.

I was not aware the website was so slow !!! Thanks, I will make changes.
About the quality of work, I agree, the work displayed on portfolio is from begining till today, hence the inconsistency. I will improve on that.
Thanks

The piece that i liked best was in your artwork collection, the last image of the street scene. It seemed to have more heart than the rest of your portfolio, it's very playful, friendly and inviting. I would like to see more paintings like that in your portfolio, maybe conceptual stage sketches of your architectural designs.

I agree with pmanahan and IC but as far as speed of the site it was fine here.
