Question regarding submission

How about an image that I rendered but didn't do most of the modeling on? I wanted to get permission from the person who did the base model of the project in question before I even asked here, and I still won't submit it without his approval, but I am having a hard time contacting him, and since we are running very short on time I wanted to find out from the competion end now whether that would be acceptable or not. |
