Default Marais chair model?

Has anybody come across a model for this chair or know where I could get one? I would pay, or gladly accept a freebie. It doesn't look that super complicated, but my modeling skills for something like this are baaaad.

And the rendering I am going to use it in won't be a close-up of the chair either, so it just has to have a close resemblance to it.

Thanks,
Tim

ok This is going sideways but since you need a chair
how about a Chair modeling Contest?? post up images

of various chairs that anybody or everybody would like to have
and see who can then model up something and everyone then

has something to add to their chair library

i probably couldnt model a decent chair if my life depended upon it
(subliminal hint #1 goes here) so That is why i am suggesting This

just an Idea

how is your video doing? The Next Lunch is on me

Randy
hey i got a 3d job in mesa full-Time with benefits (not modeling chairs either)

Hey congrats! You working for an architectural company?

I haven't heard anything on the animation. I don't really mind that much because it would have been pretty overwhelming to take on a project of that size while still working on everything else.

Ok, once again I will refresh this post.

I'm finally at the point where I need to get this chair done. If anybody who is capable of modeling this would like a little extra $$, email me with your fee, and maybe a sample of your past modeling work.

Thanks
Tim

Cool, much appreciated....but yes, it is a little too late. Last week a member named Poco contacted me to see if he could model the chair for me and I agreed. He did an outstanding job on the chair and was extremely quick and helpful. Here is a render he sent me along with the max file. Got the chair material perfect too with a vray mat. Just takes a while to render because of all the glossy reflections.

The scene I am using it for is pretty cool. I'll probably post it later today when I get it finished.

That looks like a good model.
Chairs can be a pain to model. If anyone wants any of these I'd be happy to share:
