I recall reading that the IES files use the world units. Could it be that your units may not be set up properly?

I don't know what "properly" would be, perhaps it is dependant on what the value of 1 unit is (i.e. 1", 1/8", 1'-0", etc...) Does anyone out there know?

Tried changing units from 1 unit = 1 inch to 1 unit = 1 foot. The IES file is setup to use feet and inches.
