Hi all
Considering applying for a 3D modeler/renderer job at a construction co in SanFrancisco. Any idea of the going rate for such a job at a big construction co (over 400 employees)? Thanx. |

It might be substantial, but the cost of living in SF is very high. I have a friend that lives on Market Street, and he pays almost 2,000 a month for a 500 s.f. studio. It costs a lot to live and eventually work there.

If you're interested in researching housing, I'd suggest looking at www.craigslist.org or
www.metrorent.com - both are in the bay area and may help you figure out the cost of living in the city. I myself rent a 3 bed apartment which is between 1200-1400 sq ft for 2100$ in the city. I have 2 roommates, so the cost is around 700 each. You can see our ad looking for roommates 2 months ago at Craigslist Alexander |
