Hello folks,
There was probably a little confusion about these prizes as the ArchVision sponsorship was changed to represent VisMasters, a new initiative of ArchVision. So the contest began listing ArchVision as the sponsor of the prizes and was switched to VisMasters.
Of course our goal is to make sure that all 30 contest winners receive their prizes. That is why we sponsored the contest. Of the 30 winners that we contacted via email (on April 21st) with instructions about how to claim their prizes, 1 bounced back and 20 responded with their information. We asked that they try to complete the process before May 15th. We then tried to recontact the 9 that had not responded. We have not heard from any of those 9.
Of the 20 that responded we've had 7 complete the process and receive their prizes. The other 13 apparently opted not to complete the process.
I guess it is possible that those who did not respond did not receive our email(s), but we did not receive any bounce-backs. The contest winner whose email did bounce back was contacted by us by fax and we have not heard back.
The best we can do is send emails to the winners with instructions as to how to claim their prizes. If spam filters are stopping those emails there is not much we can do to get information to the winners (I guess we could send them postcards by postal mail)
If any of the winners have not claimed their prizes and would like to do so, they can send an email to
admin@vismasters.com and we'll make sure they are taken care of.
We weren't trying to make it difficult. There were no 20 page licenses to read, only a couple of paragraphs in an email about how to claim the prizes.
Keep up all of the great work!
Thanks,
Randall Stevens
