...or can we have, say, a 4mb limit on individual WIP threads so that we can post more compressed versions of animations that would in turn be accessible to others. If we want to post a revised animation we take down the previous one. Then we can post the finished animation to a locked Final thread but provide a small version in the WIP thread that people can actually view.

It's only 20 seconds after all.

How would that fit into the scheme of things?
