Before I begin to render my final images, can we get some clarification on the same questions Ernest had in this thread a while ago?

I'm planning on rendering at 720x480 with a PAR of 1.0. Will this be ok? And like Ernest said, Premiere will either want to change this to .9 or 1.2 so I don't know if thats going to create any problems.
Also, is Premiere capable of exporting to DivX format? If it is, I don't see that anywhere.
I promise, I'll stop asking so many questions soon.
