Default TIP: Fast Video

i dont know if any of you use this technique for make a One Point Camera video like this VIDEO SAMPLE . ( this video tookme 3 minutes of render time ( 12 ses of video with GI at 512 X x)

1.-Place a Free Camera to create a PANORAMIC (360 image) of your scene ( using Final render, Vray or any you choice )

http://www.cgarchitect.com/vb/attach...tid=4114&stc=1

2.-Save it as .jpg or Tif use high resolution.
3.- now you are going to have a imagen similar to this

http://www.cgarchitect.com/vb/attach...tid=4115&stc=1

3.-Open the imagen in Photoshop and Flip horizontal and edit gamma, colors or any.
4.- Open a new .max File. USe ur Panoramic imagen as Background using it as Spherical enviroemnt. with .01 blur
5.- place a new Free camera and animate it rotating . and start the render, u dont need place light or any GI plugin in the stage.

http://www.cgarchitect.com/vb/attach...tid=4116&stc=1
your render time for each frame r going to take like 1 second

It's not like I don't have anything to do - besides waiting for my flight back to London tonight but ...

I think the link should be:
http://www.prodigyweb.net.mx/delfoz/cga/testnino.avi

(without the images folder)

Nice trick Delfoz - Now added to my bag of tricks. Thanks.

Sure, for years (about 4-6) now, as is simple panning on an image or panorama... but still good to refresh the mind of cga-members ,-)

I've used the pan on the image trick before, but this is a good idea. Thanks for the tip!
