You need to correct the camera perspective as it is quite warped in all your images. You can get Technical Camera for MAX script at www.scriptspot.com if you have older version of MAX (less than MAX6) or use Max's own Camera correction modifier.
2nd of all, you need to put in the sky, as it just look weird to have building so bright while sky is dark. Lastly, I think materials and textures needs more attention... right now they aren't really showing their quality.
