Unhappy RPC (Archvision content)

Has anyone any experience of using Archvision RPC plug-in and content with 3DSmax (7 or any other) www.archvision.com

I would be greatfull for any tips. esp with Daylight systems and Automatic exposure control - I am aware there are some issues. E.g. can RPC content be used sucsefully with Daylight and a radiosity solution at all? I have been getting bleached out results or having to exclude the objects from the Daylight system (ies sun and sky) - which leaves without shadows etc.

any help much appreciated!

Olly

It's been a while since I've done this but from what I remember about Max radiosity and RPC's is since there not geometric objects radiosity will have strange effects on them. I think what I used to do was to exclude them from all of my light sources, then simpley adjust their illumination through the editor.

You may cosider adjust RPC's self ilumination controls, another thing, try to use RPC helpers, because you can experience some memory problems using MR, and Brazil
