Olivier Campagne - WIP

Hello Everyone and Good Luck to everyone !

My idea is pretty simple.. my starting point was to associate all the given shapes to a texture/material/function... and these shapes will be taken as small elements to build the object/architectural element associated with (see attachment).

Then basicelly the scene will consist of a very casual space, rather small, built with all these tiny elements.

For instance, the floor will be made up with the "banana" shape taken as a fabric fiber... The mirror is made with the "diamon shape", the chair made up with thousands tiny chairs shape (L shape)...the ceiling will be made with the "stick shape", like thousand of windchimes,...

Of course, that's very early WIP...still a lot to do...

Good concept! Do you think the rendering times are going to be a problem with so many of those tiny shapes?

I saw your flag so if i understand you are a french living in netherlands? am i right?
A last word to congratulate you for the images you submitted for qualification. I like the way you put peoples on your image : not too much and very well integrated

Please continue this is a good concept and it makes use of the components piece to reconstruct a new and more detailed component piece!

ok ... fast preview ...

I will bring back the "fabric fiber" on a bed cover on the left of the image ...
Also want to give to the ceiling (made with "windchimes" shape) this effect you have when the wind is blowing in a cornfield....
