Default questions....

jeff,

1.can 2 shapes intersect, for example the cylinder and the cube, to form a hybrid shape without any modifiers and boolean operations? just moving them close to each other and having them intersect, is that ok?

2. instead of a flat ground plane, can i use multiple shapes and uniformly scale them so that i can have changes in elevation in my ground plane?
