I'm looking for some programs to manage our company projects.
I saw alienbrain but it's not what I'm looking for.Let me explain what I need.
Our company has usualy about 20 projects a month but before they're finished there are another 10 next month. We're mainly doing arch visualisations. The route is that clien is giving us cad files we create model then send client drafts he chooses colors and materials and then we make changes send him again drafts.Sometimes it's quite long and many drafts before client finally say go ahead.So you can imagine all those projects.Sometimes client (after go ahead) comes back after few months and what some more prints or change colors and we have to look for his project.We have naming convetions with numbers not with clinet names so after some time it's hard to find.So we're looking for some software that will inspect who's woring on which project, what is clinet name for project number, how many drafts are done when it was finished and so.Do you have some software on mind that might help.I was thinking about microsoft project but I don't think it's good idea.Hope someone can advice something.

Im in a Project Management class where we're being tought to use Microsoft Project. But the lecturer also recommends that we use Primavera. Too bad we don't have it at our college so I don't know what it's like. Why don't you check it out.
