I'm going to have to take the work of some of the entrants that you used all the shapes. Here most of all.

The composition is good, with a major sideways axis but a light/dark axis that pulls in down the center.

The blurring of the foreground railings gives a 'scale model' look that bothers me a bit. Also--where does the greenish light come from? Why is it colored? There is nothing to offset the coloration, too.

This piece raises more questions than it answers, which was probably the point.

Luis could of used more creative use of lighting to create depth in space. The rendered space reads flat.

I’m going to take your word for it that all the shapes are here. I like the simplicity and the lighting. The DOF reminds me of the photos I took of my architectural models in college without a good lens. It makes the scale seem like this is tiny on a table somwhere. The colors and textures are nice, but I’m reading this composition as a background waiting for its hero character.

Like the compostion a lot and agree with Lon that some Alien should be the front plane and then the image will be complete.

Don't understand where the green light comes from.

It's too monochromatic. THe blur effects give it a strange sense of scale. It seems more like a physical model that's been photograph rather than a computer environment or photographable real space. There's a nice graphic quality though.
