Default New Architectural Rendering Book

NYSR, The New York Society of Renderers, is pleased to announce the publication of the fifth edition of the NYSR Portfolio of Architectural and Interior Rendering.

NYSR produces the Portfolio every few years, both as a showcase of the very best in contemporary architectural illustration, and as a resource for architects, developers, and designers who wish to commission renderings of their own. This edition is by far the largest we have produced to date, and features over 360 color renderings by 46 top illustrators, a foreword by Alan Ritchie of Philip Johnson/Alan Ritchie Architects, and contact information for each artist.

The Portfolio is available through Amazon.com (direct link).

Thanks, Jeff and Ernest.

Please, please, please get the book through the Amazon link if you order it.

I process the direct-through-NYSR orders myself, am neck-deep in production, and am about to move. Your direct orders will be slow.

Hello

Jon - I've followed your work for a while now and always wondered at the beauty of it !
And Ernest - I very much enjoyed visiting your website. Delightful watercolour effect (care to tell us what software/technique you use to acheive that hybrid effect from a 3D image ? )

When I get some cash together I'll order my copy of the book

all the best ...

By the way I got the book and most of the renderings are amazing. I found it a little thin but a few renderings on the book are some of the best I have seen and it is a little cheaper than 2 issues of 3d World. This book is something that I will take with me if I travel back home someday when my work permit expires.
but please note that not all talented new york artists are featured. and many are not even new yorkers. paid advertising...still the renderings are awesome.

I like most Baeher whom I saw the book that pushed me to this profession 7 years ago, still has charm and elegance in his renderings. his 2 pages are works of art.
hey and Jon, I always tell all my colleagues that you do the nicest interior renderings...Have some as backgrounds every once and a while.
