see new post since my last visit

hi guys,
I was just wondering how I could see new post in the forum since my last visit.
this is a very usefull feature I use on other forums but I can ot find it here (perhaps I am too tired to see it :-) )

If someone could give me a hint, it would be great.

Easy.... the new posts for you will appear as "Bold" and the ones you read, not
