The idea is to show the building from challenge 3/4 in the dead of night - a side of a downtown building's life you rarely see other than in a drunken haze having missed the last train home (ok that's just me)

So mainly lit by moonlight, the glow of security monitors etc.. I'm hoping I can use the lack of life to dramatic effect.. OR it could just be boring..

ok Slight change of direction - Main light source is still the moon but now there's an event going on. Cars pulling up. People dressed up for a big occassion..
