little help...

I am a C4D user and have a file that a client sent me a file that is .max format. the problem is that c4D will not open it. (proprietary im guessing) I need to convert this file into a .3ds or .obj (all layers and objects). I would wait until tomorrow, but I need to get it started today (deadlines) Does any one have any advice? Or if someone would be kind enough to convert it, send a private email to tj@ledsledinc.com
