Im just intrigued...
How is the memebership structured. Why is there veteran members senior members junior members, how does it all work. And what way are the moderators structured? And how does one become a moderator?

I believe "junior member", "member", "veteran" has to do with post count. Moderation duties are by invite by Jeff for a specific forum of a given expertise. Several people have people have been given "super moderator" and have control over multiple sections of the bulletin board (Strat and Quizzy).
