Modeling/ Texturing: The modeling and texturing works with the style of the image but its hard to see the details because of the distorting. Would be nice if you could see more detail.
Lighting: The lighting is well done. Composition: The composition is successful and the curves work moving your eye around the page. Pulling the lighting in is very nice, dynamic, but the dark edges would be less harsh if they were feathered. C/O/D: The image is highly creative and the color choices with the blues are very successful. Unity: Nicely unified Brief: Nice overall mood and successfully highlights the importance of the space. The trees are a good size and the image gives the feeling of an experience along the pathway. |

Modeling/Texturing: seems competent, but honestly it's difficult to tell with the extreme distortion.
Lighting: Overall very good - the warm light from the left is a good complement to the blue in the dome and its reflection in the water. Composition: Again is difficult to read, but the image seems well organized and it is compelling in its own way. The bridge unfortunately slices the image nearly in half. The pathway through the space seems especially convoluted. The blue cap at the top of the dome is a strong focal point to the image. C/O/D: Very creative and original, but probably to the point of detriment in this case. The lighting and use of color speak to a high level of technical difficulty however. Unity: The image is unified, nothing jumps out at me, and the quality level is high. But the overall effect is somewhat claustrophobic with the dark overhangs and the heavy ceiling. The only thing drawing me deeper into the space is the glimpse to the outside in the middle left background. Brief: The rendering does a good job of sticking to the brief, but unfortunately for me is overwhelmed by the choice of camera lens. |

This rendering takes some nice risks, which work well in several cases. The modeling and texturing seem good, although not very difficult. The lighting is strong, especially on the lower left. We like the composition, although it begs the question of why there is a reflective sphere in the space (the one we are apparently looking at). The results make a compelling image but another view might tell the story of the space in a more effective way.
This rendering shows a strong technical command, but the compositional effect risks becoming more of a cool effect than a way of revealing the space. The rendering has a nice unity and adresses the brief well. |

I really like the composition with the domes being echoed in the fisheye.
The building seems well-modelled but the landscape is a little sketchy in the background. Nice lighting bottom left - leading the eye out of the picture, but the curving waterfall seems a bit disconcerting. more people?? |

Very nice. A way of adding a new dimension to the space. There seems like a good balance of detail, not wanting to over do it. Impressive
