What software?
Have you modelled the beach? The water? Some details would help an answer.

ya okay sorry about that, im in 3d VIZ working on a still image.
ive started the water, but being very new in the program i will be going back and forth between different techniques. |

This is probably one of the most difficult things to simulate but there are a few tutorials around.
I did this in 5 minutes in Terragen. Wouldn't have a clue how to get there in ordinary 3d apps. Don't suppose that helps you much

Yep all Terragen. If you spent time on it you could do some good stuff and comp it into your render.
